For all of the "good" and heroic stories that will come out of the tragedy of Katrina, what we see on the news right now is what is permeating my thoughts. The looting thugs and gangs who have taken over the city are what we will remember as when look back at the aftermath. This is a pathetic display of "subhuman" people who have no respect for life or respect for property.
Send the guard in with live guns and ammo and take back the city. Shoot those people on the spot who are terrorizing innocent & weak people. Sad to say, but we are no better than the people we complain about over in 3rd world countries who act this way. I'm appalled and I'm saddened at the same time.
Pray for the USA....
